If we terminate your account for reasons other than those listed above, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees for the unused portion of the billing period.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@journely.me or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before becoming effective. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect. Changes to pricing or payment terms require your active confirmation before the next billing period.
