Credit Policy
Credit Types & Validityクレジットの種類と有効期間
iOS In-App Purchase Credits — No expiration Credits purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on the iOS app do not expire. iOSアプリ内課金で購入したクレジットに有効期限はありません。
Web Purchase Credits — 90 days Credits purchased via credit card on journely.me expire 90 days from the date of purchase. journely.meでクレジットカード決済で購入したクレジットは、購入日から90日間有効です。
Promotional Credits — 90 days Credits granted via promo codes, campaigns, or referrals expire 90 days from the date of grant, unless specified otherwise. プロモーションコード、キャンペーン、紹介で付与されたクレジットは、付与日から90日間有効です（別途指定がある場合を除く）。
Signup Bonus Credits — 90 days Free credits granted upon account creation expire 90 days from the date of grant. アカウント作成時に付与される無料クレジットは、付与日から90日間有効です。
Expiration Order消費順序
Credits with the earliest expiration date are used first (FIFO). Non-expiring credits (iOS purchases) are used last. 有効期限が最も近いクレジットから先に消費されます（FIFO方式）。 有効期限のないクレジット（iOS購入分）は最後に消費されます。
Credit Usageクレジットの使用
Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features. Consumption varies by feature and is displayed before each use. AI機能の使用時に消費されます。消費量は機能により異なり、使用前に表示されます。
Non-Transferable譲渡不可
Credits cannot be shared, gifted, sold, or transferred to other users. クレジットは他のユーザーへの共有、贈与、販売、譲渡はできません。

Balance Check残高の確認

Subscription Policy
Subscription Plansサブスクリプションプラン
Free: $0/month — Basic AI-powered investment research with daily usage limits. 無料：$0/月 — 基本的なAI投資リサーチ（日次利用制限あり）。
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged on the same date each month as your original subscription date. 有料サブスクリプションは月額制です。更新日までにキャンセルしない限り、 各請求期間の終了時に現行価格で自動的に更新されます。 毎月、初回サブスクリプション日と同じ日に課金されます。
Daily Usage Limits日次利用上限
Each plan includes a daily usage allowance that resets at midnight (UTC). Unused daily allowance does not roll over to the next day. If your daily allowance is exhausted, service quality may be reduced for the remainder of the day. 各プランには日次利用枠が含まれており、毎日深夜0時（UTC）にリセットされます。 未使用の日次利用枠は翌日に繰り越されません。 日次利用枠を使い切った場合、その日の残りの時間はサービス品質が低下する場合があります。
Cancellationキャンセル
Web Subscriptions (Stripe): You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. アカウント設定からいつでもサブスクリプションをキャンセルできます。 キャンセル後も、現在の請求期間の終了まで有料プランの機能をご利用いただけます。 請求期間終了後、アカウントは無料プランに戻ります。
iOS Subscriptions (Apple): Subscriptions purchased through the App Store must be managed via your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to cancel. Apple's cancellation terms apply. App Store経由で購入したサブスクリプションはApple IDの設定から管理してください。 設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプションからキャンセルできます。 Appleのキャンセル規約が適用されます。
Refund Policy返金ポリシー
Web Subscriptions (Stripe): Except as required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period after cancellation. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds may be provided if a verified technical issue prevented service access for an extended period. Plan Changesプラン変更
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. Price Changes価格変更
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice via email. You will be asked to confirm the new price before your next billing period.
